Your shipment details

Your shipping fee is $5.95 and will be shipped by UPS if your ship-to address is a physical address within the Continental US.  If you are shipping to a PO Box or Alaska and Hawaii we will ship your order via USPS. 

IMPORTANT: If you send us a check or money order, please remember to add the appropriate shipping charge to the total price, or your shipment will be delayed.

  • By web: Ordering online is simple and available 24 hours a day! It is also the fastest way to receive our products. With our easy-to-follow checkout process, you can enter your credit card safely. We have a secure server that encrypts your personal data.
  • By phone: Please contact our order phone line at 1-800-892-3902. If you need more information, or have additional questions, our customer service department is standing by at 1-800-892-3902.
  • By mail: If you prefer to send a check or money order, simply add the products you want to the shopping cart. Before checking out, just click on the Shopping Cart icon. The Shopping Cart page will display your cart subtotal. This is a good time to make sure all of your quantities are accurate before you add the appropriate shipping costs. Then print out the “Your Shopping Cart Contents” page. You will need to include this printout with your check or money order. Please mail it to us at the following address:

Our Guarantee & Returns
30 Day Guarentee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full product refund within 30 days of order receipt. The product refund will reflect the full price you paid minus the shipping and handling fees.

BEFORE returning an item, you will need to call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-892-3902 so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed.

Returns After the Manufacturer’s 30-DAY GUARANTEE Are Subject to the Following: If you return a product unopened and we receive it after our guarantee period ends (not to exceed two months) you will receive a Merchandise Credit. Merchandise Credits may only be used to purchase products - excluding shipping and handling charges. All sales using Merchandise Credits are final.  Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
